True vintage 1930's 30's toddler little baby girls blue plaid puff sleeve dress! See measurements as I'm not sure on sizes. Has a built-in blouse effect with short puff sleeves with the illusion of suspenders up the front. Has little collar. Buttons up the bust. Princess cut waistline. Ties in the back. Front pocket with a blue flower. Super cute!! I call it my little blueberry dress. There is a few light tan marks on the skirt and a tiny blemish on seam for one sleeve. Also, none of the buttons really match and there's 1 cream one. I love it. It must have been the only one they had so I left it. See photos. I was finding baby books dating 1931 in these boxes. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡
