Rasayana: reverse aging, dissolve trauma, embody freedom [8 weeks digital course]
Core Emotion: Suppression, inhibition, fear of expression

Primary Body Focus: Throat, neck, jaw, tongue, vocal cords

Scientific Foundations

The vagus nerve runs through the throat, larynx, and vocal cords, meaning the act of speaking or vocalizing stimulates parasympathetic tone. However, fear of speaking truth or trauma around expression can cause chronic throat tension, clenched jaw, tongue immobility, and restricted breathing.

The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is a common site of repressed emotion. Emotional inhibition (e.g., “I can’t say that”) activates cortical inhibition pathways, reducing vocal range, spontaneity, and confidence. Unblocking the throat restores both autonomic regulation and authentic selfhood.

Main Focus

The throat is where thought meets breath—the communication center of the body, and the psychosomatic area that processes authenticity. When we reclaim the voice, we strengthen our reliance on our own perception, and awaken psychosomatic clarity.
This week offers the tools to safely release blocked speech and reconnect to authentic communication – both internally and externally, creating alignment between body, breath, and voice.

This week moreover will teach you how to stimulate the thyroid gland, which is an important hormonal gland, that among other things regulates weight-gain and metabolism.
