Core Emotion: Presence, coherence, flow, unity
Primary Body Focus: Spine, central axis, entire body field
Scientific Foundations
Interoception (internal body sensing) is the foundation of emotional intelligence. Full-body awareness activates the insula, improves autonomic regulation, and enhances self-other differentiation. Integrated spinal movement stimulates the central nervous system, increasing coordination between the limbic and prefrontal systems.
Embodied coherence balances the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems, improving resilience and emotional fluidity.
Main Focus
This final week is a coming home—not just to the body, but to the self as a whole, living process. You’ve met emotion in each region of the body. Now you unite those parts into a single, coherent presence, and practice combinations of the techniques learnt so that you can design a practice that helps you to live with greater vital presence – every day.
Having opened all parts of the body through the preceding weeks, we will now integrate the practices so that the shift we have experienced during the training can become a permanent state of vitality, joy and vibrancy.
