About Course

The intelligence of life itself

In the classical yoga scriptures such as the Haṭha Yoga Pradīpikā, kundalini is described as a dormant energy resting in the sacrum—or root chakra. Traditional tantra teaches that this life force can be awakened and guided up through the spine, opening the body’s energy centers (chakras) and dissolving trauma, negativity, and energetic blockages. Just as consciousness is the basis of all thought, kundalini is the basis of all energy. To touch kundalini and to develop a relationship with it is hence to hold the creative force itself.

Modern research now confirms what ancient yogis knew for centuries: through conscious breath, energy awareness, and focused intention, we can influence our hormonal balance, improve nervous system health, enhance cognitive function, and create specific inner states that support both physical vitality, inner joy and emotional resilience.

This immersive training blends traditional wisdom with new science, giving you practical tools to awaken and direct your own kundalini energy—safely, effectively, and with profound benefits for your body and mind.

What You’ll Learn & Experience

  • Kundalini Demystified – a grounded explanation of kundalini as the union of life force (prāṇa) and consciousness (cit).

  • Energy Channels & Neuroscience – discover iḍā and piṅgalā nāḍī, the subtle currents linked to left and right nostril breathing, and how they connect to the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems.

  • Breathwork for Sexual Vitality & Hormonal Health – techniques to regulate sexual energy, enhance reproductive wellness, address erectile dysfunction, open the body to full-body orgasms, and support hormonal rejuvenation.

  • Alternate Nostril Mastery – practice nāḍī śodhana and unilateral nostril breathing to lower or raise body temperature, sharpen focus, and shift the brain between logical and creative modes.

  • Tummo Inner Heat Yoga – explore Tibetan practices documented in Harvard research (Benson et al., 1982) that show how breath and mental focus can raise core body temperature, strengthen the immune system, and boost metabolism.

  • Daily-Life Energy Tools – simple, effective ways to integrate breath and life-force awareness into your everyday routine for improved mood, better sleep, and more balanced energy levels.

  • Safe Kundalini Activation – step-by-step guidance to awaken and channel kundalini energy for both meditative insight and physical wellbeing.

Proven Health Benefits

Decades of modern research are now validating the wide-ranging health benefits of these ancient practices:

  • Hormonal Balance – gentle stimulation of endocrine glands can optimize hormone production, supporting vitality, mood stability, and reproductive health.

  • Stress Regulation – alternate nostril breathing activates the vagus nerve, lowering stress hormones and promoting deep relaxation.

  • Immune Support – breath-led practices like tummo can strengthen immune response and improve resilience to cold and fatigue.

  • Cognitive Enhancement – balancing the brain hemispheres through nāḍī śodhana improves focus, memory, and emotional regulation.

  • Cardiovascular Health – breath control techniques reduce blood pressure and improve heart rate variability (HRV), a key marker of longevity.

Science Meets Spirit

  • Nostril Breathing Studies – right-nostril activation (piṅgalā) boosts energy via the sympathetic system; left-nostril activation (iḍā) stimulates parasympathetic calm (Shannahoff-Khalsa, 2007).

  • Nāḍī śodhana – shown to balance brain hemispheres and improve concentration (Telles et al., 1994).

  • Tummo Research – Harvard studies demonstrated increased heat generation, immune resilience, and metabolic activation through breath and visualization.

  • Neurobiology of Breath – conscious breathing can shift brainwaves, balance hormones, and influence sexual response by modulating dopamine and oxytocin.

Program Schedule

12:00–17:00

  1. Opening Session – Kundalini, life force (prāṇa), sexuality (ojas), and the classical sources.

  2. Scientific Framework – the nervous system, neurobiology of breath, and research on nostril breathing.

  3. Practice OneNāḍī śodhana & anuloma-viloma for energy balance.

  4. Theory & PracticeTrul-khor and tummo for energy generation, immune support, and sexual energy transformation.

  5. Practice Two – Guided kundalini activation (Yuthok Nyingthig karmamudra).

  6. Practice Three – Stimulating bindu (the inner drops) for hormone secretion and rejuvenation.

  7. Integration & Measurement – HRV and pulse before/after, group sharing, and daily practice tools.

No previous experience required.
This training is ideal for anyone seeking to explore how breath, life force, and sexuality connect with the nervous system, consciousness, and spiritual growth—and how to use yogic and tantric science to improve health, vitality, and emotional balance.

All participants will receive a certificate of completion, confirming both theoretical and practical training.
