About Course

Our hormones influence far more than just our bodies — they shape our moods, our energy, our attraction, and the very quality of our relationships. Masculinity and femininity is biochemically manifested in two key hormones – testosterone and estrogen.

In this two-hour talk, we explore how the modern lifestyle directly impact hormonal balance — with a special focus on estrogen and testosterone, the key players in vitality, confidence, and connection.

Much has changed in the way we live in a very short period of time. We have become accustomed to a lifestyle that directly poisons and thwarts our natural hormonal health. Testosterone and estrogen-levels are sinking rapidly: the divorce rate is high and fertility at an all-time low.

Our hormones affect everything is romantic relationship: they affect what kind of partner we seek, what we find attractive, and what makes us feel safe. Might modern relationship issues not solely be psychological, but also biological in nature?

Luckily, our hormonal health can be fixed. At this lecture, you will not only learn about the connection between hormonal health and relationships – but also receive a series of tools you can use – both individually and with your partner – to maximize harmony, intimacy and understanding.

This workshop will cover:

The feminine lunar rhythm and the masculine solar rhythm and their connection to sexuality, energy and moods

The biological and psychological roles of estrogen and testosterone

How stress, diet, and modern lifestyle disrupt hormonal health

Natural methods for balancing hormones through lifestyle and mindset

How hormonal balance enhances attraction, emotional depth, and connection

How to work with hormonal rhythms to optimize relational harmony and intimacy

Tools to help couples understand and support each other’s hormonal rhythms

Participants will be given a hand-out of the practices covered in the lecture for further study, as well as a recording for revision!

The lecture will be held by married couple Henrik and Alexandra Lysøe, founders of the Thunderpath. Alexandra and Henrik regularly hold trainings and workshops on relationships, and have developed their unique approach based on spiritual tradition, science and their own experience.
