About Course

This group is a weekly space for intermediate and advanced yogis and yoginis to deepen and refine their practice.
 
Each class is different, with the opportunity to request certain teachings and practices. Ranging from hathayoga to advanced meditation, these classes offer a weekly space away from the world of everyday life wherein we connect to spirit: the part of us that is formless, timeless and pure.
 
These sessions involve no commitment nor homework. We always recommend live attendance, but missed classes can be caught up on over recordings.
 
We also want these classes to provide a break in the midst of busy lives. Nothing is expected of you, and you are invited to simply be guided through practice, exactly as you are, from week to week.
