About Course
Finishing of this year’s physical yogic teachings, we invite everyone with yogic and meditative proficiency to receive these subtle teachings.
Note that this training is *invite-only*. It requires a certain meditative ability and yogic training in order to be effective.
The training will transmit inner tantric yogas related to the energy system and the chakras. The purpose of all of these techniques is transformation of life-energy, and how life-energy can be used as a basis for consciousness-expansion.
The classes will be recorder, but we kindly ask participants *not* to share these practices with anyone outside of the course.
You will lean how to employ mantras, mudras, breath and yantras in order to shift your own energies into higher octaves – higher modes of expression. You will also learn how you can transmit energy to others, and how you through centering your life-force in different chakras can influence your consciousness and energy fields in particular ways, and how you can use this when engaging with different projects and social situation.
Through the Kiss of Sun and Moon, you will work with bringing the masculine and feminine drops (bindu) into states of perfect balance, and how that influences brain-wave-frequencies, hormonal balance and consciousness.
Having received the teachings and practiced at home, you will be able to transmit energy into others, produce inner visions (dream-yoga), increase your body temperature at will, and experience the subtle biochemical changes that takes place when sexual energy is refined.
Practical info:
The teachings will take place at the Zen House, and be recorded. Physical presence is however highly recommended, and we hope participants will do their utmost to attend live. Below are the dates and the topics.
